At Green Acres Event Center, we do everything we can to ensure your day is a breeze. Once you inquire for your wedding, we will invite you in for a tour of our space. We will answer any questions you may have about our amenities, our packages, the history of the barn, and what are our next steps in planning. Our venue manager will communicate clearly with you to ensure we are always on the same page and that all your questions are answered. On the day of your wedding, we take responsibility of coordinating your vendors so they know where to set up, have access to power, and are able to complete the job you hired them for in the first place.
What is a Day-Of Coordinator?
While the venue manager takes charge of the venue and managing the vendors, a day-of coordinator is someone that can assist you and your partner personally throughout the whole day. Typically, a day-of coordinator will help avert any issues that may arise, they will manage your timeline, and help your vendors. A great day-of coordinator will arm themselves with safety pins, double sided tape, and a bleach pen to deal with any dress or suit mishaps. They will be the ones to put your centerpieces out or learn how to bustle your dress so you can boogey on the dancefloor freely. A great day-of coordinator is essentially a catch-all for anything and everything you may need help with on the day of your wedding.
